After sitting still all day today, I put a few things together for you to do to finish out the year strong.
Quick tips:
- Take Inventory and review the goals you set earlier this year
- Identify what you accomplished this year
-Identify both small & big wins & be proud of yourself - Identify what you didn’t do as of yet or did not finish & plan accordingly, you still have three months of the year you can absolutely do this!
- Worry about your OWN progress. If you continue to compare yourself to others it will keep you distracted from knocking out your goals.
- Find a therapist or make an appointment soon to discuss any anxieties you may be having about the end of the year.
